    Development Delivery & State Capability Review is an international journal focused on how development policies are actually implemented and why the capacity of public institutions determines development outcomes. The journal focuses on policy implementation, state capability, delivery systems, and public management reform in the context of developing countries and the Global South, with an emphasis on comparative and evidence-based studies.
